Part-Time Administrative Assistant (Job Opening as of 01/29/2024)
Responsibilities:
- Undertake daily administrative tasks, such as answering and directing phone calls, organizing and scheduling appointments, booking travel arrangements, scheduling payments, ordering office supplies, saving and organizing bank statements, upload project photos to Google Drive, and developing and maintaining physical and online filing systems
- Communicate with clients over the phone, through email, Facebook Messenger, Google Business Profile, and Yelp
- Help run accounting and payroll, including receipts and expenses
- Continuously expand knowledge of best administrative practices and state regulations affecting plumbing work
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in administration
- Must currently live in or around Chicago, IL
- Must have authorization to work in the United States
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Proficient in Google products (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets)
- Proficient in accounting software (Quickbooks, NetSuite, etc.)
- Basic understanding of social media apps (Facebook, Instagram, Yelp)
- Strong preference for bilingual speakers (Spanish or Russian)
- Basic understanding of plumbing and heating
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to commute to the office on-time, when necessary
- Must demonstrate excellent customer service skills

Full-Time Service Plumber (Job Opening as of 01/29/2024)
Responsibilities:
- Study and analyze blueprints and floor plans to understand plumbing systems and water supply system layouts
- Navigate the assembly and installation of pipes and tubes without interfering with existing infrastructure
- Measure, cut and bend pipe material
- Assemble valves, fittings, tubes and water system appliances
- Install and maintain building water systems
- Troubleshoot and fix issues relating to water supply lines
- Repair and replace system issues such as clogged drains, faucet problems, and broken drainage lines
- Maintain current knowledge of state regulations affecting plumbing work
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5+ years of experience in commercial and/or residential plumbing
- Must have authorization to work in the United States
- Strong preference for bilingual speakers (Spanish or Russian)
- Must have a strong understanding of plumbing systems, materials, and equipment
- Must be able to carry and operate heavy tools and equipment (50+ pounds)
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must demonstrate good customer service skills
